Domestic Shipping Policy

Once the artwork has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number.

- Customs, duties, and taxes

Lazuli is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

- Damages

Lazuli is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

International shipping is possible and will be estimated on a per country basis. Please contact us via email prior to purchase to have the estimated price.

 

Lazuli wants you to be thrilled with your new purchase. If you are not satisfied with an artwork and need to return it, we're here to help.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible to return the artwork for a refund. Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your artwork must be untouched and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Any artwork not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will be rejected. To return your product, email us so we can advise you on the venue and recipient address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your artwork. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an artwork over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned artwork.

Refunds

Your refund will be issued after we receive your artwork. Please provide your bank details so we can process the refund.

Please note that refunds can only be remitted to the bank account where the Bank Account Holder name is the same as the Billing Contact filled in when placing the order. Please allow up to five (5) business days for Lazuli to post the refund to your bank after we receive these information.

Only regular priced artworks may be refunded, unfortunately sale artworks cannot be refunded. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with other promotions, hence vouchers cannot be refunded as well.
